Quick Delivery Guide

Cost: Free UK Mainland Delivery over £20. Lower priced products go by the ‘table rate’ which starts at £3.99 (get an estimate at the shopping cart)

Usual dispatch time: 1–2 days (can take up-to 3 business days) – Usual delivery time: 2 days (can take up-to 5 business days after dispatch)

Where are you based? We have no physical stores and trade online only, our office is based in West Yorkshire, UK, some items are dispatched directly from supplier warehouses based in the UK.

Do you deliver internationally? Yes, most products can be shipped abroad, extra delivery fees will apply. BB Guns may have to go through further checks as each country has import restrictions.



Detailed Delivery Information

We strive to get all orders dispatched within 1-2 days and delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch, but can take up-to 5. On busy sale periods of the year, the delivery estimates may increase to 8 working days. Please contact us after 8 working days have passed if you have still not received the parcel (UK only). If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. For expected delivery or dispatch times, please contact us. If you order more than one product, they may come at different times.

Free Delivery or the advertised postage price is for UK Mainland addresses only, and you may need to pay additional postage costs for overseas or Scottish highlands etc. The price is dependent on size and weight of item(s) purchased to insure it gets to you safely.  Free Standard Delivery to Mainland UK if from a £20 spend minimum or the rate is from £3.99, price will be calculated at checkout. In the unlikely event that we are not able to supply your order, we will inform you immediately either advising of an estimated restocking date, offer alternative items or fully refund you.

Most orders to the UK are sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service. Small and medium parcels will go with Royal Mail or Evri and larger parcels will go with Evri. We use these companies for many reasons, but mainly cost and convenience of parcel drop-off and collection. To request an order to be sent with a specific delivery company will incur extra fees and can be requested via email. We will only send parcels with large or reputable companies. We do not allow collection of orders of any kind.

International delivery is available on most products. In most cases, delivery cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout. For some countries, overseas UK, Scottish Highlands etc. you may be asked to pay additional postage costs and will be contacted by email, or we will offer you the option of cancelling the order. If we feel, we can cancel the order and refund the money for any reason. NOTE: We only ship BB Guns to some western European countries, please DO NOT purchase BB guns if you are not from Western Europe, your order will be cancelled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee. (contact us instead if you are unsure)


Returns Information

You can only return a product for these reasons: – Your product is faulty (Returns will only be issued on genuine manufacturing faults and not for customer abuse) and is within 30 days of delivery for a replacement/repair/refund. – Your product is new/in a re-sellable condition and within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges, you will need to return items for a refund and make a new order.

If you wish to return any item(s) we ask that they are returned, in unopened and in resell-able condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sell-able condition or ‘no genuine fault found’ will not be refunded and items will be held for your collection. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 14 days of receipt of the parcel at our residence. In all cases, a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that in all cases you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. In no case are goods to be returned without obtaining permission from us first. We may suggest alternatives, before suggesting a return. If you receive a faulty item, you must inform us within 30 days of your order being received. If the item is broken/damaged or any items missing on arrival, you must inform us within 48 hours. You will need to send the item back to us with the delivery slip, and we will do our best to arrange for a replacement to be sent out, or we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. If you do not receive the item(s) at all, then you should inform us maximum 3 days after the delivery estimate time.
